This is the N70 cover, for the 2005 to 2015 Hilux (KUN26, 1KD-FTV). It covers the exposed upper radiator core support with an anodised alloy panel and bolts in on the factory mounting points. It is a dress-up part: it does not change cooling or power. If you are in an N80, you want the 1GD N80 HPD Radiator Cover instead.
What It Does
- Hides the exposed core support. The top of the N70 radiator support is bare and untidy from the factory. This panel covers it.
- Factory-style fit. It sits like it belongs there, so the bay reads as a clean OEM-plus build rather than a bolt-on.
- Anodised alloy. Heat and corrosion resistant, and it copes with Australian dust and sun better than a painted panel.
- Comes with its own hardware. Two burnt blue mounting bolts and two black HPD washers are in the box.
Fitment
- Toyota Hilux N70 (KUN26). 2005 to 2015. Direct bolt-in using the factory mounting points.
N70 only. This will not fit an N80. The 2015-on N80 Hilux has a different radiator support and needs a different panel. If that is what you are driving, order the 1GD N80 HPD Radiator Cover. Confirm your model year before you order, and if you are not sure, send us your rego or VIN and we will check it for you.
What Is Included

Fitting Notes
- Basic hand tools. Use the supplied burnt blue bolts and HPD washers.
- Do not over-tighten. Alloy and anodising do not forgive a rattle gun. Nip them up and stop.
- Clears the factory plastics. It is designed around the OEM panels, and snorkels clear it fine.
