The factory plastic trim cover may not go back on. On some setups the factory plastic engine cover will not fit over the top of this. It is not needed for the engine to run, and most people fitting one of these are not putting the plastic back anyway. Just know that going in.

This is a cosmetic part. It covers the injector lines and that is the whole job. It does not affect performance, airflow or tuning, and it will not fix a rough-running engine.
