Front-mount intercooler only. Every vehicle must have the front-mount conversion done. It does not work with the factory top-mount intercooler, and some modification to your existing piping will be required.

All four are 3 inch and all four need a front-mount intercooler. The install work is the same in every case. What changes is the finish and the body. Pick this one if you want a specific colour that is not on the standard list and you can wait for the coating.

This manifold removes emissions hardware and requires an ECU remap. It is recommended for off-road and racing use, and it is generally not legal on a road-registered vehicle in Australia. Check the legal requirements in your area before you commit.

Q: Will this fit my 1KD engine?

A: It fits all 1KD-FTV engines, Hilux, Prado, Hiace and Fortuner, but you must have a front-mount intercooler. It does not work with the factory top-mount.

Q: Why is ECU tuning required?

A: The intake deletes the EGR, swirl flaps and throttle body. The ECU needs remapping to run properly without them.

Q: Can I install it myself?

A: Only if you are experienced with custom fabrication and fuel system work. Most people use a professional workshop.

Q: What power can I expect?

A: That depends on the whole build, not the manifold. It supports 200+ kW at the wheels when combined with the right turbo, FMIC, exhaust and tune. On its own, it removes a restriction.
