1KD EGR Blanking Plates - Stainless Steel (Set of 2)
Stainless steel, set of 2, blanks both ends. Toyota 1KD-FTV Hilux N70 and Prado 120 / 150.
Stainless steel EGR blanking plate set for Toyota 1KD-FTV engines.
Designed to fully block EGR flow at both ends, this two-plate kit helps prevent carbon buildup, boost leaks and EGR cooler failures, a common issue on higher-kilometre or off-road / tuned 1KD setups.

Blanking only one side leaves the EGR cooler pressurised. Blanking both ends eliminates EGR flow entirely and reduces the risk of:
- Coolant leaks into intake or exhaust from cracked EGR coolers
- Soot & sludge buildup inside the intake manifold
- Sluggish throttle response on older engines
- Boost loss from leaking or sticking EGR valves
